Privacy and website analytics
OPISERVE uses limited, anonymous analytics to understand whether our public website is useful. We do not use advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
Anonymous analytics
When analytics is enabled, our self-hosted Umami service may record the public page visited, approximate network location, device and browser category, referrer, session timing, and approved interactions such as navigation, call, email, or Start Service clicks.
Order-funnel events contain only status labels and broad buckets—for example, service-speed category or a document-count and combined-size range.
What analytics never receives
Analytics does not receive form contents, names, contact information, service addresses, case references, notes, filenames, uploaded documents, request IDs, private tokens, or URL query strings.
Analytics is separated from service-request records and uploaded documents. Private request, API, internal, administrative, and protected-document routes are excluded.
Your privacy controls
We respect Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals. You may also disable analytics in this browser using the control below. The preference stays on this device and can be changed at any time.
Checking your analytics preference…
Location, retention, and contact
Location is an approximate network location derived from an IP address, not GPS data. Detailed analytics is retained for no more than 90 days. Longer-term reporting should contain aggregate counts only.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to contact@opiserves.com or mailed to OP Investigation and Service LLC, P.O. Box 7, Wagener, SC 29164.
